Privacy policy
The Series 65 (Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination) practice pages on Yellowpad 65 set no cookies, run no analytics and have no accounts; the one record this site keeps is a server-side log written when you click a “Get the app” button. Last updated 8 October 2026.
What this site does not collect
- No cookies, first-party or third-party.
- No analytics: no tracking pixels, ad tags, session recorders or fingerprinting scripts.
- No accounts: no sign-up, no newsletter, no forms.
- No outside scripts or fonts: the fonts are served from this domain, so loading a page sends nothing to a font or script provider.
Your practice answers
The practice pad runs entirely inside your browser. Your answers, the docket marks and the section ledger exist only in the open page: none of it is sent to a server or written to cookies or browser storage, and all of it is gone when you close or reload the tab. That is also why the site cannot restore an earlier session or show you a history.
The “Get the app” button
Each “Get the app” button points to go.series65licenseexam.com, a redirect address on this site’s own domain, rather than straight to a store. Here is what happens when you click it:
One log record is written
The server notes the click, using only what your browser sends with any web request. Nothing is read from your device.
You are sent on
An iPhone or iPad goes straight to the Series 65 practice app on Apple’s App Store. The app has no Android version, so an Android phone lands on this site’s free practice test. A computer or anything unrecognized gets a short page offering the App Store link or the practice test; picking one of those writes a second record.

The log exists for one purpose: to see which pages and buttons lead people to the app. It is not used for advertising, not sold, and not tied to a cookie or an account, since the site has neither. If you would rather not create a record, skip the button and look up a Series 65 practice app in the App Store yourself.
Third parties
- Apple App Store
- Once the redirect lands you on the store, Apple’s own privacy policy covers what happens there, including any download.
- Hosting and network provider
- The pages and the redirect address are delivered by a hosting and content-delivery provider, which processes your IP address and request headers to serve each page and block abuse, under its own terms.
- FINRA, NASAA and Prometric
- Links to finra.org, nasaa.org or prometric.com open their sites. This site shares nothing with them; your browser sends only what it sends on any link.
Changes to this policy
If anything above changes, this page changes first, with a new “last updated” date in the opening paragraph. The contact page says how to reach the site; the home page takes you back to practice.
